Goal(s)
This course is associated with a project called HistoNum@Alpes, supported by IDEX (a funding program for selected initiatives). The aim of this project is to set up a museum of the history of computing, located on campus, based on a collection managed by the Aconit association and currently not open to the public.
This operation includes a student project, in which a group of students selects an object of the collection (computer, piece of electronic equipment, peripheral device, etc.) to be associated with the class of the current year. This object will be exhibited in a public location within Ensimag, together with a pedagogical presentation allowing visitors to understand its place in its historical context.
