Goal(s)

This course module aims to combine the content of the modules "Introduction to Modeling in Biology and Bioinformatics" and "AI and Data for Biology and Health" by analyzing a real-world complex omics dataset to extract biological insights.

Content(s)

This will involve a comprehensive workflow from raw data to interpretation: primary bioinformatics analyses (application of knowledge in algorithms, programming, and data structures), secondary analyses (statistical and machine learning processing, hypothesis formulation and testing, visualization).

Prerequisites

  • 4MMMB (Introduction à la modélisation en biologie et à la bioinformatique)
  • 4MMIAD (IA et données pour la biologie et santé)

Evaluation : Projet (évaluation en continu et sur le rendu) + soutenance
