Goal(s)
The objective of this course is to cover the main stages of the software development lifecycle: analysis, design, and object-oriented programming.
The approaches presented are based on the UML language, which allows for the creation of object models using various diagrams, as well as their practical application with the Java programming language. Upon completion of the module, students will have understood the fundamental principles of object-oriented programming and will be proficient in Java.
The module begins with learning the main concepts of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Emphasis will be placed on the use of collections in Java and algorithmic complexity.
The second part of the course presents techniques for object-oriented software analysis and design.
The approaches presented are based on the UML language, which allows for the creation of object models using various diagrams.
This course will be illustrated with practical exercises and case studies.
