Goal(s)

Apprentices benefit from double supervision provided by an educational tutor at school and by a company apprenticeship master.

Meetings of the three actors, educational tutors, apprenticeship masters, apprentices take place during the training (5 meetings over the 3-year cycle).
These meetings are called Ensimag Days of Learning Actors (J2A).

Content(s)

During the J2A, apprentices give presentations on specific topics and receive constructive feedback from their academic tutors and workplace mentors.

The topics covered during the various J2A sessions are as follows:

• Roles and responsibilities of stakeholders
• Developing autonomy
• Human and international development
• Navigating into complexity
• Acting as a responsible professional

Test

Evaluation : Examen oral (exposé, soutenance, etc..) (10 min)

Oral presentation.
This presentation is validated or not validated and contribute to the final result of training period 3MM1PE.
If a J2A is not validated, 2 points will be deducted from the average score for the enterprise period.
