Goal(s)
The objective of this course is to make students attend presentations made by professionals of the financial industry.
These professionals will develop a technical subject directly linked to their professional activity. They will give insights about fields which are in direct relationship with the themes developed into the financial engineering curriculum.

Content(s)
The course of « Technological conferences” is assessed by the participation of the students to the 12 conferences and by the assessment of three reports (about three conferences over the 12).
1- Participation
The students have to participate to the 12 conferences. The participation is assessed over 8 points. This grade is downgraded by 1 point each time the student does not participate to one conference.
2- Conferences’ reports
During their future professional, life students will have to attend some conferences, some seminars, and to write reports for their colleagues, for their management. We expect students to write a report for three technological conferences for them to learn how to write these reports, and make them acquire and develop this skill.
Each report is assessed on a four points basis. It has to be given during the next day of conferences.
There is not any prerequisite.
Test
The students have to attend all the conférences and to write a report on three over the Twelve technological conférences.
