The course covers the following topics:

  • Linear programming (modelling, solution methods, duality)
  • Mixed Integer linear programming (modelling techniques, solution methods using branch-and-bound, classic combinatorial optimisation problems)
  • Dynamic programming

Evaluation : 40% of Examen écrit and 60% of Examen écrit (2h00)

Resit : 40% of Examen écrit (reported score) and 60% of Examen écrit (2h00)

Duration: 2 hours
Permitted materials: one double-sided A4 sheet of handwritten notes
