Goal(s)
Understand the multi-agent paradigm, its history, the functioning of a MAS, the underlying research challenges, and the various application fields, with a focus on agent-based simulation.
Get an overview of methodologies for developing MAS, existing tools for implementing them, current applications and future prospects.
Carole ADAM
Content(s)
Introduction and history of MAS. Reactive agents, emergence. Cognitive agents, BDI logics. Interactions, languages, conversational agents.
